Using the courts
The Lord Chancellor's Department has produced a guide for small businesses seeking to recover debts through the county courts. Copies are available from your local county court and in PDF Format from the Court Service website.

In addition, the Court Service produce a range of leaflets regarding all aspects of recovering debts through the court. The most relevant is A guide for small businesses to debt recovery through a County Court. Copies of all the leaflets are available from your local county court or the Customer Service Unit of The Court Service at: Southside, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT. Telephone 020 7210 2110 or fax 020 7210 1797.
Alternatively, copies of the Lord Chancellor's Department leaflet 'Alternatives to Court' are available from county courts, public libraries and Business Links.
