Hi,

What to do if you can't afford to pay back your debt plus the charge for the late payment. What should I do? Will Jacobs Bailiff will take my belongings? Please Help...

Hi,

It depends what kind of debt the bailiffs are collecting.

After seeing your question, I realised we hadn't written about bailiffs so you inspired me to put together the below blog which hopefully will answer your questions.

In short though, I would say contact the bailiff and discuss what you can do. Communication solves most problems.
