All,

Business and Enterprise Minister Michael Fallon MP todhas just launched a consultation on implementing the new European Union (EU) legislation aimed to combat the problem of late payment by businesses and the public sector.

The consultation will run until 19 October 2012. Transposition of the EU Late Payment Directive is due to take place on 16 March 2013.

The consultation document, Impact Assessment and response form can be accessed via the link

If Late Payment is an issue for your business make your voice heard by responding to the consultation.
