I'm enquiring about some invoices that I have paid for in full but without going into too much detail, not received the goods for.
I am in the early stages of court proceedings, but is there any additional costs I can put on other than interest?

Hello Alistair

If I am reading your post correctly, the late payment legislation does not cover what you are claiming for in this instance (non delivery of goods or services already paid for). This legislation is for non payment, or late payment of commercial invoices.

Or have I mis-interpreted what you are asking?
